presents of mucus in my 3 month old baby poop .Is there is any problem??

Mucus sometimes is normal sometimes you can see if you’re giving any medicine if your child is having congestion it may come out into the motion because of that and lastly in some cases it can be associated with stomach infection also so it would be good for you to check with your doctor if it is constantly happening
