premature baby born in 33 weeks now he is 6months old. he is internally week he is not turn over, he is not sitting and her neck is not properly stand, neck is always dancing what should i do?

A. iam giving d3 drops 1 ml daily and multivitamin 1ml daily

A. , your baby boy is 6 months old and he is born premature at 33 weeks of gestation so give him calcium vitamin d3 supplements syrup Ossopan D and econorm nutritious breast milk
