pregnant women eat rava ganji useful or not useful

A. Its good to have. having easy to digest foods like fruit, daal, rice, jawar bhakri, green leafy vegetables and soups. These help you with proper nourishment, because they get absorbed easily and don't cause indigestion. . Avoid heavy and hard to digest foods. Eat Foods High in Fiber Including protein in your diet can boost metabolism, decrease appetite and maintain health. Keep healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, nuts and yogurt at home and easily accessible.avoid processed foods Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health. Try pranayama and recite the “OM” mantra..

A. yes you can eat rava food. there is no harm.. only keep observation if you see any problem in digestion then don't continue it as all are different.. but yes you can eat
