Q.
pranshi is 2 yrs old . she is not feeling well.got fever and vomit also.she becomes very dull due to summer season . having loose motions also.and not eating anything properly.

You can give entrogermina drops it probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. Still baby doesn’t get to it and in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby
