postpartum hairfall. Can i take more folic acid suppliment , my twins are 5 months and i breastfeed them . My gynac gave me Calcus tablets ( has folic acid in it )to be taken 1 daily . During my 10 yrs infertility (pcod) i was always taking Folic acid and so i didnt have much of hairfall problem .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You should continue with the dosage that your doctor has advised you to also I would say that after delivery postpartum hair fall is normal so you should take iron supplement and omega-3 that is going to support you in a much better manner
