A. hi, give her all traditional family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all including all seasonal fruits and vegetables. all the best

A. After 1 year baby can have all type of meals. Include fruits, vegetables and milk as per baby liking.

A. good morning for weight gain I will recommend that you should try to give some healthy carbohydrates to the child including sweet potato eggs chicken you can try to give whole grain porridge
