A. hi mam ,you should keep your self well hydrated. avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. and take green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits like peach ,pear ,apple , pomegranate, Amala,dates , strawberry etc more use jeggary instead of sugar while preparing food.
