Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. there is nothing like best medicine and the medicine is given according to the need of the child. in urinary tract infection you have to first go for a urine culture report which will tell which type of bacterial infection the child is having and in the report the also mention which antibiotics will act for the infection and that antibiotic needs to be given for 14 days
