plz suggest pregnancy 5month diet plan

A. you can have normal foods that all are eating at home include whole grains cereal etc dal pulses, milk and milk products, nuts whole fruits and vegetables adequate rest is important hydrate well

A. Hi Mom, Here are some of the fifth month diet plan you should follow. Add protein rich foods, calcium rich foods, high fibre foods, salads, whole grains, fruits such as apples, grapes, bananas, avacados, pears , oranges etc. Drink plenty of water. Drinking a lot of fluids also helps to detoxify your body. Avoid carbonated drinks.
