ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom they can be given almost nearing to home cooked regular foods that are made for the family now , such as rice , roti, dals , egg yolk. If preferred, panner , ghee , curds milk in cooked form such as kheer , custard etc , you can also give seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts , Dalia , sago , oats
