Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. easy digestion foods best dinner at night time.. you can give dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha as aalo parantha, paneer parantha , dal parantha.. roti or wheat is considered the best staple food for dinner time.. give milk before bed..
