plz suggest diet plan for 7 years 1 month old boy. he has dark circles around his eyes.

The dark circles could be due to lack of sleep too much of screen time of deficiency of multivitamin so you can start with that and if you giving screen time you really need to put a stop to that secondly there is no diet plan that you have to follow your child should be eating every thing that you preparing at home
