plz suggest any good soap for my baby fairness. my baby's colour is getting dark day by day

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. Hello dear. The dark discolouration of the baby skin could be because of the hormonal changes also. Also never use soaps which claim fairness as they may have bleaching agents which are harmful to the baby skin. Don’t focus on the colour as long as the baby is healthy. The colour also undergoes lots of changes as a baby grows

Hello parent, I dont think any soap would help,instead try ubtan paste for babys fair glowing skin naturally.Ubtan or uptan, is a paste made of gram flour (besan), a pinch of turmeric (haldi) and milk, cream or curd. Sometimes a few drops of oil are added to the paste to treat dry skin. Mums cover their baby with this paste thinking it will give their baby soft, healthy skin with a lighter complexion.
