A. Indian juices can be a flavorful way for pregnant women to boost their hemoglobin levels. Here are some juices and ingredients that are known to help increase hemoglobin in pregnancy: 1. **Pomegranate Juice**: Pomegranate is rich in iron and vitamin C, which aids iron absorption. 2. **Beetroot Juice**: Beetroots are high in iron and folic acid, both essential for increasing hemoglobin. 3. **Spinach Juice**: Spinach is a good source of iron, folate, and vitamin C. You can blend it with other fruits for added flavor. 4. **Amla (Indian Gooseberry) Juice**: Amla is packed with vitamin C, which enhances iron absorption and helps maintain healthy hemoglobin levels. 5. **Carrot and Apple Juice**: Carrots provide iron and apples add natural sweetness and flavor. 6. **Mint and Lemon Juice**: Mint leaves can help ease digestive issues common during pregnancy, while lemon provides vitamin C. 7. **Fenugreek (Methi) Water**: Soaking fenugreek seeds overnight and consuming the water in the morning can help improve hemoglobin. 8. **Indian Herbal Drinks**: Some traditional herbal drinks like "sattu" (roasted gram flour) mixed with water, buttermilk with roasted cumin, or "kanji" (fermented black carrot juice) can be beneficial. Remember to consult with a healthcare provider or a nutritionist during pregnancy to ensure you're meeting your specific nutritional needs. They can provide personalized guidance and recommend suitable foods and juices to improve hemoglobin levels while considering your overall health during pregnancy.
