Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.

ideally , 3 year old child needs 4 meals and 2 snacks per day.
but as each and every child has different apetite ,it is better to offer food as per your child requirements.
and if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
