plz give me diet plan. I'm vegetarian and 17 weeks pregnant. also I'm overwieght 85.4.

A. Hello Try to include nutritive foods like lean protein sources such as skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, soya chunks Add more Vegetables, salads, fruits & moderate amounts of nuts innyour daily diet Walk for 45 minutes daily Avoid sugar, sweets, bakery, junk & fried foods
