In a home freezer (at minus 18 degrees C or lower), for up to six months.
In a fridge (at four degrees C or colder), for up to five days.
you can use sterilised containers. Opt for plastic bottles or plastic breast milk bags. Glass bottles may crack or chip.
to heat breast milk, heat up the water, that you are going to use, in a small container. Then, place the container of frozen milk in the container to warm up.
don't boil directly

You can store it in different timing at different room temperature like room temperature is going to be 60 minutes or refrigerator is going to be about eight hours and the freezer is going to be about a month or so basically whenever you eating the milk again I just have to keep it out for a while and you can do reheat it in boiling what are you can just keep the packet or something to boiling water that’s going to melt Tamil that so you cannot heat it directly
