pls suggest food for 6 mnths old baby ...nd also milk..should give him formula,cow or toned milk?

A. hi dear mom..continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization..animal milk can be given after one year....you can give formula..but not necessary if baby is breast feeding. can give home made weaning food to baby like khichdi dal chawal..porridges..seasonal fruits and boiled veggies
