pls see the image n tell is this normal or we should contact our doctor..my baby boy is 18days old n it is fell down today...but why it is red ?

I’m not seem right maybe there is some problem you better get it examined with your doctor because if there’s an issue it would be treated accordingly once the doctor figures out because in this age the most common issues r umbilical hernia and sometimes infection in the Naval region so better to take a check with your doctor for better clarity
