Pls reply weghit gain food

A. for healthy weight gain and growth give adequate Quantity and frequency of top food. give top food three times a day and up to half katori every time. give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. you can give porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi consistency of food should be like that of Ghee. add Ghee to every meal use full cream top milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer. avoid fruit juice and soup. continue to breastfeed baby.

A. Hello dear parent, you can give your baby formula milk twice or thrice in a day. And Daliya and khichdi with green vegetables boiled and mashed mixed in them. Also mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes. Custard with seasonal fruits. etc.
