A. slowly start keeping on bed once baby is asleep in cradle or arms  during naptime. then do it in night too. make use of favourite blanket, optimum sleeping conditions. transition from cradle or arms to bed takes time in some babies .earliar you do, the better. .

A. You can try to slowly wean the cradle usage. Don't stop it altogether. Stop it for one nap when u think he will be too tired and sleep on his own without needing to rock in the cradle. Then follow the same way of putting him to sleep for few days. Then start quiting cradle for another nap and so on slowly. Playing a mild soothing lullaby can help the baby to sleep.
