Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Food should be given soft and mashed. Consistency of food should be like that of ghee.

mam , by the age of 6 months , you can start giving semisolid food to your child.
so , initially ,you can give food items like dal Pani (which you get on above part of dal ,after boiling dal like mung dal ) ,rice water (get water in which the rice are boiled ) etc
mam ,you can feed boiled Mashed potato, sweet potato, rice , too
but make sure it should be well mashed .
you can also give fruits like banana , chickoo etc
no need to boil fruits.
