pls advice my baby around 3months old having loose motion last 1 week doctor given econorm and diof syrup but still have passing stool frequently

A. for loose motion you need to maintain proper hydration,give enterogermina probiotic 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days, dbut if the problem continues please consult doctor in case of fever and vomiting also
