Egg and Nonveg
especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet.
about 400-500 mL of milk but avoid bottle. milk to be given also as recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
give top food five or more times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
