Pllz, give me diet chart for my 13 month old daughter Ambika. She doesn't sleep a long time. Hardly 30 to 40 min Give me some decisions.

A. Hello Include 4 meals a day 3 meals should be grain + pulse mix like dal rice ghee, khichadi ghee, chapati sabji dal , upma, ragi porridge , oats porridge idli sambar, vegetable chilla 1 or 2 meals. can be from vegetable soup, fruit smoothie, banana milkshake, chicken soup, boiled egg, avoid fried foods bakery foods biscuits chocolate sugar laden drinks packaged foods
