please tell me which type of diet should be given to one year old baby

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom after the age of one the toddler can now be given regular foods that are made at home for the family and no much restrictions for him now . Animal or plant source milk can be introduced as well , dry fruits and nuts , whole eggs and non veg if preferred , lentils and legumes etc
