Please tell me the ration of dry fruits for making protein powder for kids and how much we should give them?

A. Hello dear parent! Take 100g each of required different types of dry fruits. You can choose which all to add. Dry roast them and grind them together with sugar pellets (mishri) . It is ready to use. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug cups to encourage drinking milk
