please tell me storage conditions for breastmilk.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. It is advisable not to store the breast milk as storing reduces the efficiency and nutrient quality.
But still, if you are working woman, you can store at room temperature for about 2 to 3 hours and in refrigerator for about 4 hours.
