Q.

please tell me i want visit doctor or not .my baby was fall from the bed aftnun . He was crying for 10 minutes then he came to normal.

A. Sir he is not having any symptoms and swelling, but after 4days he having fever. I think it was due to falling . Please answer me it any problem .

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such cxase whiczch is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
