please tell me how to feed avocado to my baby ..please tell in details as im using avovado first time ...proper recipe

Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. Hi ,you can give avacado mashed to baby. You need take peel and seed of avacado. After that grind it and few drops of milk and mash it well to thin puree in grinder. then serve baby. Also you can add avacado mashed to carrot pea puree or spinach puree.
