A. hi if you are asking for you then , apply coconut oil daily on your hair wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water. it will definitely help. stay stress free take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
