Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Offer flax seeds, tofu, sweet potato, yoghurt, hummus, salmon, avocado, mango, eggs, berries, legumes like chickpeas, black eyed peas and beans, whole grains, milk, ragi and oats.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Give all home cooked meals. Avoid giving processed, fatty, oily, junk and fried foods. Make sure that the child drinks lots of water. Give other fluids to drink too like fresh fruit juices, soups, coconut water etc. Make sure that the child's milk consumption including milk products does not exceed 500 ml in a day.
