please tell is this stool report of baby is normal... if not then should I take care of... like any changes in food... what kind of food should I feed him

Report is normal but still there are some criteria’s which are positive and present in your babies stool report then in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you well after checking baby’s report and examining your baby
