Q.

please tell about the side-effects of expressing breast milk using hand..?? actually I wish to breastfeed my boy.. but he used to bottle feed.. so he is not latching.. I have read that using breast pumps cause breast tissue damage.. breast tissue damage is a serious problem.. am confused totally.. how should I feed my baby now..?? please help me

A. Hi, there is no issue in using breast pump. So express milk using a pump and give it to the baby.
