Please suggest the best food menu to overcome constipation for a baby boy of 4+years?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid fodtod has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medicatiofns are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
