Q.
please suggest solids for constipation problems..for 8 month old baby. baby didn't poop from last 3 days if water is needed then how much we should give

The most common mistake we do after starting solid is loss of fibre during food preparation,like we give some of the purees after filtering or under the sieves! try to give meshed purees and 120-150 ml water a day depends upon weather too!don't forget to give breastfeeding. dont worry about stool much if baby is not comfortable or in agony you can contact pediatrician otherwise nothing shall be done

At least try to give hundred ML of water or maybe 200 how much is the ratio child liking and then you can give buttermilk and all to the child these things are going to be good and reducing down constipation issues and try and give more fibre and citrus related fruits to the child
