Please suggest options for food item can be given to child in school

A. give a proper breakfast and molk begore school give upma, idli poha paratha sandwich in lunch After 1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also. They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre. Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt . These keep the digestion good you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut

A. Actually Best is to go for Roti sabji you don’t want to give that if you want to give certain varieties to the child and you search it online you get lots and lots of recipes healthy and easy prepare for defence for the child.Write Your Answer Here
