please suggest me food for 13 month old baby my twins babies want some time solid food and some time granded food don't understand what they want.recently they have 4 teeth and other yet to come.

A. hello mam sometimes during the teeth coming period kids have sore gums and they avoid solids due to this reason. try to give smoothies and liquids to your babies. . .
