please suggest iron n calcium nutrisious food

A. Dear ma’am, for calcium you can include ragi, leafy greens like spinach, figs, daily products, fish etc. and for iron, lean meats, liver, beans, dry fruits, drumstick leaves, nuts and seeds can be consumed. If it’s for kid then avoid seeds
