please suggest good homeopathy doctor in Hyderabad.for thyroid and pcod problem.

A. The best way to treat pcos ( irregular menses.) is regular exercise, daily walk, yoga, and proper timely diet intake. Also meditation has a great role. Eat Foods High in Fiber Including protein in your diet can boost metabolism, decrease appetite and maintain health. Keep healthy foods like fruit, vegetables, nuts and yogurt at home and easily accessible.avoid processed foods.
