please suggest food for my 1 year 3 month old baby who is suffering from tyroid issues

A. Take an advice with a nutritionist she will help you with the right kind of diet plan that you should be following for the child which will help in proper health and growth of the child and will be helpful during this issue and try to give more and more of liquid as of now that’s most beneficial
