Please , PFA..I can see slightly white patches on my son's hand. could anyone know what it could be. I will consult a doctor but still want to know what it might be? please help.

See the skin is looking a little rough with the picture maybe it’s just dryness but sometimes it could be due to deficiency of calcium so apply EVION vitamin E cream which will help in reducing dryness and of course you should consult your doctor for further assistance
