please let me know examination of faeces report which I attached is normal or serious..please let me know

A. Reducing substances pause it with that means the child is lactose intolerant because when you see reducing substance into a report that normal indicates lactose intolerance further more whatever guidance to required whatever solution to the problem is a doctor is going to advise you
