ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician7 years agoA. there are two types of spoon 1 tea spoon is equal to 5 grams and 1 table spoon is equal to 15 grams. this is very simple and the calory content of 1 gram if glucose is approx 4 calories per grams
