U Should give regular food whatever you are preparing at home for everybody else that would be the right thing to be given to the child as well and that is what a child is going to eat with its hold hands you know because by the age of 3 to 4 years in a little bit to eat moreover if you mix Dal rice and khichadi porridge these kind of things the child can very well eat with spoon
