please help me out someone. What natural can I give my baby for a constipated stomach. I don't want to give him medicine. He cries because of gas. Can I add something in water for the good stomach health of my 1 year old baby?

A. Hello mom make sure the baby is given home made natural foods , you can give them water and other fluids as well, coconut water , fresh juicy fruits as well would be good enough , jeera , ajwain or saunf water is helpful for gas and digestion
