please guide us why all the TSH, T3 and T4 are increasing in 3rd trimester. Is it a thing to worry?

Ma’am Yes of course it is a question of concern and it would be advisable for you to consult your gynaecologist regarding the same she would advise you with a proper diet plan that you should be having and also if medicines those are required at this particular time
