A. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper kindly give ors(oral rehydration solution) for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor. also you cannot give outside milk and cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days.x avoid giving sweet sugary food as well as maida and biscuits, chocolate, icecream, packet foods cerelac. other food which can be given are poha daliya upma mamra idli. give sachet econorm twice daily for 3days

A. Rashes in the anal region usually happens when the child is suffering with loose motions or you are using diapers continuously so for loose motions you can give entrogermina twice in a day and for frequent rashes those are happening I would recommend you to apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly on that area
