please guide me .how to make ragi flour at home.

Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hi mom, wash Ragi two three times in water and dry it in Shade for 2 days afterwards grind it to fine powder also same thing you can do with sprouted Ragi dry sprouted Ragi for 2 days and you can grind it in mixie or in Chakki. you can prepare Ragi porridge with this powder on demand without adding jaggery sugar or adding jeera powder with vegetables also
