Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 11 m old boy7 years agoA. You can give everything that you eat as family. After 12 months, babies can eat food from the family pot with less oil and spices. Give lots of vegetables, fruits, leafy vegetables, dairy products like cheese, paneer, butter, full fat yogurt, if you are non vegetarian then You can give eggs, fish, chicken etc. Give atleast 5 times solid meals, which includes 3 times main meal and 2 small meals. You can check the list below... breakfast -suji chilla, besan chilla, poha, dosa, idli with sambhar or coconut chutney etc. snack 1-Dry fruits laddoo or any fruit lunch - Dal, rice, sabzi (vegetables) or chicken, fish, egg snack 2 - yogurt, paneer sauteed in ghee, puffed rice etc dinner -Roti sabzi or Dal, oats ,suji ,Dalia etc can be given.
